Americana Tin Box

I just love this one. What a neat old soap tin with a hinged lid. The hook is missing and the latch is bearly hanging on. I handpainted with stars and stripes, sanded then antiqued and sprayed with a matt sealer. Measuring 10 by 9 and 5 3/4 inches deep. Some rust. I have this one available @ $29.95 plus s/h.

Button Flag

This flag is made up of buttons each one is handstitched in place. The background is a piece of old quilt which measures 5x7 and has been tea dyed. The frame has been painted black then distressed has glass. Overall size is 7 1/4 tall by 9 1/2 across. 1 available @ $21.95 plus s/h.

Americana Pillow

This americana pillow was designed by me. I made it using chair webbing that I painted with stars and stripes. The red stripe is not painted its part of the webbing. Then I bordered it with a red with white star fabric. The border is about three inches wide. The pillow measures 8 by 16 and is stuffed with poly fil. The back is the same red with white star fabric as the front. Coffee dyed. I only made one and its available @ $19.95 plus s/h.

Flag Afgan

Hand crocheted by me. I love to crochet, it was the first craft my Gramps taught me. I love American so when I saw this pattern I knew I needed one and maybe you will too. All hand done using Red Heart 100% acrylic yarn and a size J hook. It has 46 stars and 13 stripes. Measuring alittle more than 40 inches wide and 72 inches long. Machine wash warm, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Folded in half it fits nicely on the back of my sofa. I have one available @ $125.00 plus s/h.

Americana Flag Picture

This flag started life as chair webbing. I started with a piece of webbing added a piece of dark blue calico to one end. Then I handstitched the buttons in place. I dry brushed the white stripes. The whole thing is sewn to a piece homespun. Measures 6 1/2 by almost 22 inches long. Framed in a black frame with glass. Wire hanger on back. Tea dyed. 1 available @ $29.95 plus s/h.

Americana Annie With Flag

Americana Annie was made using a pattern by Humble Primitives. Made from osnaburg and measuring 32 inches tall. Nose is red felt, eyes and mouth are heavy thread. Hair is red homespun. Checks are blushed. Top of her dress is a blue thermal and bottom a blue homespun trimmed with a wood star painted gold, antiqued and sanded. Her neck and sleeves are trimmed with ric rac. Stripes on her legs and arms are handpainted. Her flag is is made from blue star fabric, red homespun and muslin with warm and natural sandwiched in between and tacked in place. Hanger on back. Everything is hand sewn in place no glue was used. I have one available @ $48.95 plus s/h.

Americana Sugar Mold

This is a new four hole sugar mold that I painted stars and stripes on then I sanded and sealed with a water base varnish. I think it turned out great. Comes with candles. There is a crack on the right side. Doesn't bother me but I thought I'd let you know. I'm not a candle person so I see it holding flags, pencils and pens, silverware or even some plants. The mold stands 5 inches tall and is alittle more than 12 inches long. The candle hole is 4 1/2 inches deep. To clean just wipe lightly with a damp cloth. I have this one looking for a new place to sit @ $24.95 plus s/h.
