Traditional Sock Monkey Small

I handmade this sock monkey using the free pattern that came with the red heel socks. Stuffed with poly fil and standing 15 inches tall. Facial features are stitched with black crochet thread. Arms, legs, ears and tail are stitched in their place using upholstery thread. This monkey has a long tail. I took a gather around the neck to help with shape and also took a tuck at the top of the leg for alittle definition. NOT A TOY. I have this one available and looking for a new home @ $19.95 plus s/h.

Heart Make-Do's

You will get both of these heart make do's. They are a design by Blue Jean Primitives. They stand about 11 inches tall. The hearts are made from muslin which I painted then sanded. I slid the heart over a wood bobbin and secured with twine. I then wrapped them with wire and trimmed one with a old key and the other with a metal heart. The heart came from one of those old heart door mats. Tea dyed. I have 2 sets available @ $ 19.95 plus s/h.

Primitive Cloth Dress

As pictured this simple little primitive dress. Its hanging from a stick with a piece of homespun as its hanger. It was made from a pattern by Homespun From The Heart. It is made from white and bule calico which has been coffee dyed. The little bee pin is a design by Carman its made from muslin and painted with stripes the wings are from old quilt. Face is handstitched with floss. The watering can is rusted. Two buttons were sewn down the front. Dress mneasures 15 inches long. The stick measures 12 inches long. The bee and the watering can are both pinned in their place. I have this one looking for a new place to hang @ $18.95 plus s/h.

Make Do Angel Pin Cushion

This angel pin cushion is a pattern from Country Stitches standing almost 11 inches tall. Face is made of muslin with button eyes, pinched nose and a stitched mouth. Wings are of blue ticking trimmed with a few buttons stitched in place. Heart is pieced homespuns with a muslin back trimmed with a few buttons and pins. Base is a wood candstick with has been painted white then antiqued and wrapped in wire. I have 1 available @ $21.95 plus s/h.

Baby Shoe Pin Cushion

This is a great repurposed item. Pin cushion made from an old baby shoe as found. Pin cushion itself is stuffed then covered with osnaburg and hot glued in place. Primitive Friends Pillow

Handstitched by me using a ? design. It is stitched on muslin using two strands of black DMC floss. It measures 12 by 14 and is stuffed with poly fil. The border is a black window pane homespun and its 3 inches wide. The back is of muslin. I used walnut ink crystals to antique. I have this one available @ $26.95 plus s/h.
