Americana Santa

Is this guy fabulous or what. Whether you collect Santa's or Americana he is a must have. His face is made from tea dyed osnaburg, forehead winkles and nose are pinched. Eyes are handpainted on then sanded. Cheeks are dry brushed. His hair, eyebrows and beard are fake fur. Everything is handstitched in place with heavy thread. His body is red linen which I had to paint stars and stripes on. His belt and boots are also of linen but you can't tell because I painted them black. His boots are full of plaster of paris, he'll stand some what on his own. I have added a homemade christmas tree to one hand. Measures about 27 inches tall and is about 24 inches from end of arm to end of arm. He is a Ragged Edge design. I have 1 available @ $79.95 plus s/h.

Girlfriend And Her Snowman

She's darling holding on tight to her snowman friend designed using a pattern from A Stitch In Time. Both are made from muslin and have handstitched faces using DMC floss. Snowman also has buttons down the front and a red homespun scarf. He is tacked in her arms with heavy thread. Her hair is a brown lumpy and bumpy yarn stitched in its place. Her boots are painted on with black paint and shoelaces and a heavy thread. Dress is a green with red and tan homespun, jacket is thermal fabric and her scarf is made from gauze. Checks are blushed. This snowball on a stick is a pattern by Nikis Sew Country. Made of tea dyed muslin, with a handstitched face and button eyes. Blush on cheeks. Has a red homespun scarf around its neck. Tag reads It's Frosty. The stick is a chair rung which has been painted black then sanded. Won't stand alone has a hanger on the back. Measures 12 inches tall. 6 available @ $12.95 each plus s/h.

Snowgirl

Snowgirl is another great pattern from Konfetti's. She stands about 17 inches tall and is made from muslin. Has a handstitched nose and clay button eyes stitch in place. Her shirt is blue wool felt and her skirt is a red plaid. Boots are painted black then sanded. She his wearing a snowman pin made from a small knit stocking. With a stitched face, clay buttons eyes and a painted hat. Both are wearing red plaid scarfs. 1 available @ $49.95 plus s/h.

Santa Annie & Her Tree

I made this raggedy using a pattern by Raggedy Old Annies. She is made from muslin and stands 22 inches tall. Eyes are snaps. Her eye brows, lashes, mouth and nose are all stitched with a heavy thread. Hair is wool knotted and stitched in place. Santa suit is made of flannel, belt is a piece of black trim with a small buckle. Legs are painted and then sanded. Her tree is handmade from a stick and pieces of greenery. I added a small thread hanger to the back of her head. Cheeks are blushed. Coffee dyed. I have 2 available @ $48.95 plus s/h.
